Returns Policy

Return of  goods:  Except where we agree in writing to do so, we will not accept the return of goods.

Unless stated otherwise at the time of sale, the goods supplied will be in perfect condition and no allowance, credit or exchange can be undertaken once the customer has examined the goods and signed to the effect that they have been received in good order.

The buyer must contact the company for authorisation to return faulty goods. Any goods returned to the company without prior authorisation will be rejected and returned to the buyer at their cost.

The Buyer will be liable for any carriage costs incurred by the company in the event of a cancelled order.
