This building was extensively refurbished both inside and outside into luxury holiday apartments. Bartletts were contacted by the foreign owners to design a commercial kitchen that would supply both cooked breakfast and an a la carte dinner to quests and visitors. The refrigeration includes three zone wine cabinets.
