It is capable of holding four 1/3 Gastronorm pans, and incorporates a unique airflow design guaranteed to keep food at optimum condition for as long as possible. The removable, easy to clean cover doubles as a worktop and chopping board. The PW4 is ideal for sites that have no room for a conventional prep counter with wells. Please note that height is including lid.
